any inconveniences.
The proper brief Including such as the
details of your character(s) +
clear reference images/pictures.
(Not tons of text please ;-;)⁺◟I will send back an email/message once
I have received your order information.
Please wait for my response first!⁺◟It usually takes me no more than a week or
can be up to 1 month to finish a commission.
Depending on many factors such as;
Physical + memtally health, order of the commission,
complexity, work/family issues.
If I see it take longer or anything might occur,
I'll notify you ASAP.⁺◟If you require the commission for a
specific date / have a deadline
we could discuss and get a rush fee.
The rush fee would be 50% of the final price.
Can be up to 100% depending on the details and
how urgent the work is.⁺◟I'll provide screenshots of WIPs throughout
the working phase for revision purposes only.
Please, do not upload them on any social media.⁺◟During the working phase,
clients are allowed up to 3 free revisions.
Any further revisions will have additional fees
of around 1-3 USD, Depending on the details.
But if It's my mistake I won't charge anything from you!⁺◟After the screenshots of WIPs are all approved,
I'll continue with your commission till I finish.⁺◟Any minor or major changes after
I submitted the finished artwork that
will be charged. Depending on the
details, it may go up to 3-9 USD or more.⁺◟As for YCH commission types,
there won't be any screenshots of WIPs.
The final artwork will be delivered after
the payment and request have been completed.⁺◟Please note that the artworks are non-refundable!————————————————————————✦✦ Payment ✦✦⁺◟I accept payments through PayPal,
Ko-Fi and Buy Me a Coffee
in USD and paying upfront only⁺◟Please note that prices can be
changed depending on complexity of work.⁺◟Payment must be done within 24 hours!
Otherwise, the slot will be lost unless
there's a mutual agreement regarding the delay.⁺◟Refunds cannot be made, once-
I start working on your commission.⁺◟Feel free to ask me for details and prices!
Just in case for you to prepare your funds.————————————————————————✶The rights and licenses of the clients✶⁺◟The clients are allowed to use and
print the commissioned artwork
for personal use. as well as,
making stickers of the commissioned artwork
but only for personal use.
However, the clients will not be allowed to
print out the large-scale items
(huge posters, pillows, blankets, etc.)
DO NOT redistribute the pieces for any commercial purposes.⁺◟The clients are allowed to
post the commissioned artwork on social media
or use the artwork as a display photo
(aka: profile picture or banner/cover photo) -
on their any social media platforms.
♥Credit is always appreciated♥!⁺◟The clients still claim the rights to their character(s) in
the commissioned artwork, but not the artwork itself.⁺◟Use the commissioned artwork for
commercial use if the client has paid
for commercial purposes.
